Home City Hall Adjustments Post State of Emergency Declaration

As outlined in today's Emergency Declaration, the following City offices will be closed for the foreseeable future:

• City Hall
• Patrick Lynch Public Library
• Donald W Reynolds Community Center
• Poteau Area Recreational Complex
• Melvin Taylor Nutrition Center

The closure of City Hall includes billing and collections which handle water payments. If you have a payment to make, you still have several methods for making your payment instead of coming into the lobby. These methods include:

• dropping your payment into our secure drop box on the rear-side of the building
• clicking on the link, located on the home page of our website, which will allow you to make an online payment
• calling 918-647-4191 and making a payment over the phone with a clerk
• calling 844-215-7376 and making a payment using our automated phone system

For new water connects, cleanups, disconnects, etc... call Billing and Collections at 918-647-4191 or 918-647-4192 where a clerk can help process your inquiry.
